30. Sam Neill – Blood Cancer
Sam Neill was diagnosed with stage 3 blood cancer in 2022 and underwent chemotherapy while maintaining a positive outlook. He has been open about the treatment’s toll but continues acting when able.
His love for wine-making and storytelling keeps him grounded. He views the experience as a reminder to cherish life fully.
