There’s this place in western Canada called save on foods. They’re usually one of the bitchiest stores out there for staff/management. One day I was in the back room making an order. This young worker came to the manager showing him a cart full of expired meats and dairy products. The manager demanded he put new dates on the packaging and not to say anything. I over heard everything.

Weeks later at a different save on foods location I was rotating my product I sell and came across some expired dates (one of my products has a 8 week shelf life and doesn’t sell too good) if the date is bad and colour is faded and is consumed by a customer reports have claimed it makes people vomit and cause them to fee dizzy/ out of it. So it’s pretty serious to make sure a customer doesn’t buy a bad date. I show a manager the expired cause I would need to buy the product back from the store so they get credit for it, he made me put it all back on the shelf and left it there. My boss came in and freaked out at me for having expired product everywhere, not much I could do there.
