8. Bedtime / Focus Mode – Finally Get a Good Night’s Sleep

Endless notifications and bright blue light at night make falling asleep harder. Bedtime Mode (or Wind Down) automatically silences everything, turns the screen grayscale (less stimulating), and starts your wind-down routine at the same time every evening.

On Android: **Settings → Digital Wellbeing → Bedtime mode** or Focus mode. Set your schedule and choose grayscale. iPhone has Focus → Sleep or Do Not Disturb schedules. Wake up feeling more rested instead of scrolling until 1 a.m. It’s one of those “why didn’t I know this years ago?” features.
